Yoga

We meet on the first and third Friday of the month from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at the Bude Methodist Church Hall. £2 per session. Run by a qualified yoga teacher, tai chi instructor and reiki master.  Will include Hatha Yoga (postures), Prana Yama (breathing), Yoga Nidra (relaxation) and Meditation as well as some Tai Chi practices.
