Meets on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month at 10.00am at Bude Methodist Church Hall. Run by a qualified yoga teacher, Tai Chi instructor and Reiki master. Will include Hatha Yoga (postures), Prana Yama (breathing), Yoga Nidra (relaxation) and Meditation as well as some Tai Chi practices.
